Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a bartender/server to provide friendly guest service, mix drinks, and handle payments in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure guests enjoy their visit.

You’ll be trained on Rosati’s processes and standards, with opportunities for growth within a vibrant, family-focused brand known for its great Italian food and welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• At least 1 year experience as bartender and server.
• Passion for hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly manner; attend to the needs of each individual.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Total bills, accept payment, and give correct change.
• Request identification from guests and verify legal drinking age.
• Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine.
• Clean glassware and stock bar with appropriate glasses.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
