Punch Bowl Social in Arlington, VA is seeking bartenders to join our energetic team. You will work behind the bar with knowledge of beverage service, craft cocktails, and guest engagement. This role emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and experience in fast-paced settings. Training covers brand standards, POS usage, and cash handling. Responsibilities

• Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences.
• Uphold the beverage program with knowledge of brand standards and craft service.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards.
• Enter orders and process payments using the Aloha POS.
• Keep bar top and service areas clean and sanitized every 30 minutes.
• Rotate shifts as Bar Backs and assist with bartending tasks.
• Responsible for proper cash handling and cash management.

What you'll be doing:

• Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
• Uphold the integrity of the beverage program with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Uses Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Cleans and sanitizes the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
• Washes all barware dishes
• Rotates shifts as Bar Backs
• Responsible for proper cash management
