Overview

Be the master of mixology and deliver delightful libations as a Bartender at Velocity Wings. As a Bartender, you will showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting a wide range of cocktails and beverages to enhance our guests' dining experiences. Your friendly and engaging personality will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, making them feel right at home. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and taking beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between beverage service and food orders.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles).
• Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions.
• Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash.
• A minimum of 6 months experience.
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
• Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
