Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests warmly and ensuring prompt, high-quality service aligned with The Quin standards.
• Providing personalized service, serving food and beverages attentively and courteously.
• Serving alcohol responsibly, adhering to all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Preparing cocktails and drinks according to recipes, demonstrating enthusiasm for food and beverage.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, specials, and stock levels.
• Performing opening and closing duties, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Using POS systems accurately for orders and payments.
• Supporting team members and communicating effectively with staff and management.
• Re-stocking supplies, preparing close-out paperwork, and reporting safety concerns.
• Participating in meetings and training sessions, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The environment is moderate noise, and physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and other activities necessary for service delivery. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Position Requirements

• Experience in hospitality preferred; service-oriented with professional presentation skills.
• High standards of grooming and personal appearance.
• Ability to learn POS systems and support team goals.
• TIPS certification (can be obtained during onboarding).
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, and employment legislation.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
