Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by accurately mixing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. The role involves preparing and serving consistent, high-quality cocktails and food, establishing positive guest relations, and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The Bartender also contributes to the restaurant’s profitability by generating sales, adhering to recipes, and ensuring correct payment for all items served.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant
• Passion for creating memorable hospitality moments
• Strong communication skills for building trust with guests and peers
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
• Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Experience with restaurant POS systems
• Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Minimum age of 18 years

Physical Requirements

• Ability to carry trays, plates, and glasses
• Sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, and wiping tasks
• Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours, navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators
