Job Overview

Twelve Midtown & Downtown Autograph Collection is seeking a bartender to serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly and timely manner. Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes, practicing proper portion control.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure quick delivery of beverages and food.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring follow-up to maintain high satisfaction. Negotiate resolutions in line with 'Make it Right' guidelines when necessary.
• Set up and stock the bar daily, including beer, wine, spirits, and supplies based on event needs.
• Record all sales accurately, operate the cash register, and handle cash and credit transactions following proper procedures.
• Secure all beverage and food items at the end of shifts, deposit cash drops, and secure bank deposits.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, especially regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies, using safety equipment, and reporting accidents or injuries promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, free of hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
