Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Take orders from guests at the bar and from serving staff.
• Engage guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar area.
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles as needed.
• Monitor inventory and control costs per procedures.
• Process guest payments per standard procedures.
• Help limit problems related to overconsumption.
• Assist with taking food and beverage orders.

Salary Range: $16.30 - $17.97 hourly
Position: Bartender (Front‑of‑House Team Member) – NOW HIRING

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from guests at the bar
• Engage with guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification and ensure compliance with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost‑control measures, including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests

Education and Experience

• Minimum age 21 years
• Certification to serve alcohol as required by state and BWW policy
• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Minimum two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items up to 25–40 lbs
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
