Responsibilities

The typical job functions of a Bartender include:

• Collaborating with bartending and service staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
• Verifying customer age by checking identification for alcohol purchases
• Handling payments for drinks, balancing cash and bank drops accurately within guidelines
• Following ServSafe Alcohol guidelines to prevent over-service, including stopping service when necessary
• Maintaining and cleaning the work area according to opening and closing checklists
