Job summary

Inns of Aurora, LLC is seeking an experienced bartender to provide attentive service at our bar and dining area. Responsibilities include serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, memorizing recipes, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Applicants should have prior bartending experience, a TIPS certification if possible, and a professional appearance. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve wine, beer, liquor and other beverages to guests.
• Memorize drink recipes and prepare a varied menu of mixed drinks.
• Stock bar with beverages and supplies; assist with bar menus.
• Check IDs, enforce age restrictions, and maintain safe, responsible service.
• Present checks, collect payments, and cash out guests with receipts.
• Maintain clean glasses, utensils and bar area; end-of-shift cleaning tasks.
