Job summary

Sodexo Live is seeking a part-time Bartender Tipped for the University of Missouri Athletics venue. You will greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and collaborate with wait staff to ensure quick, courteous service.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 0–1 year of related experience; you should be capable of standing/walking for extended periods and assisting with inventory as needed. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
• Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
• Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
