Sodexo is seeking a Bartender Tipped at UNITED CLUB - PDX to provide exceptional service and mix drinks for guests. You’ll work with wait staff to ensure prompt, accurate service and maintain a clean, stocked bar.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with open availability and the chance to develop mixed drink recipes while adhering to client needs and Sodexo standards. Applicants should meet age requirements and have 0–1 year of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol.

• Greets guests, mixes and serves drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
• Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
• Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Pay Range: $19.88 per hour - $19.88 per hour

**What You’ll Do:**

As a Bartender Tipped at Sodexo, you will provide exceptional customer service, and mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff, quickly and without waste. Bartenders must work well with wait staff and other staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
