Job summary

White Lodging is seeking experienced restaurant bartenders to join The Yacht Club at Hotel Trinity in Austin, opening late 2026. You’ll craft cocktails, provide superior service, and help launch a high-end seafood-forward dining concept in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional bar service, maintaining a pristine station, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and alcohol-service standards. Flexible lunch/dinner shifts available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with genuine hospitality
• Attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/rooftop/bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler and TABC Certifications Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build connections with guests
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients and garnishes; answer guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation to guest expectations
• Accurately process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are seeking experienced restaurant bartenders to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine-dining restaurant from the ground up —at one of Austin's most exciting new hospitality concepts. Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Lunch and Dinner shifts available.
