Join us as a Bartender at The Pool at One Light, Two Light & Three Light, located in downtown Kansas City, near the Power & Light District. This venue offers an urban oasis with private cabanas, a swim-up bar, and a warm-weather menu, perfect for sun-kissed days.

Responsibilities

1. Provide energetic, outgoing, and professional customer service.
2. Mix and serve cocktails and drinks according to recipes.
3. Serve wine, beer, and other beverages.
4. Take and process beverage orders efficiently.
5. Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
6. Complete side work and maintain cleanliness.
7. Be knowledgeable about products to enhance guest experience and promote specials.
8. Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
9. Promote current promotions and handle transactions accurately.
10. Record sales and tips following company policies.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of bartending experience in high-volume settings.
2. Knowledge of various beverages, garnishments, and preparation methods.
3. Formal bartending training is preferred.
4. Legal age to serve alcohol.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler permits as required.
