Job summary

Palisociety is seeking a Bartender for The Hôtel Lili in Beverly Hills to craft drinks and create a warm, welcoming bar atmosphere. You will learn our service steps, menu, and systems, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from brunch to late-night cocktails.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending experience in a quality venue, superb mixology skills, and clear English communication. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English, with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.
• Standing and walking throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs and carry bar stock as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
