Bartender

We are seeking high-energy, hospitality- and quality-oriented bartenders to join our service team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented bar role with opportunities for career advancement.

• Demonstrates strong spirits, food & beverage knowledge and a desire to learn more about our products
• Is proficient in POS systems or quickly able to learn and utilize them
• Expresses eagerness to stay updated with industry trends
• Possesses a good understanding of high-volume, upscale casual restaurant operations
• Is a team-oriented individual willing to contribute to the success of the organization

Some responsibilities include…

• Preparation and service of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Participating in cocktail creation and R&D
• Preparing ingredients for the bar before and after shifts, including work shifts
• Managing the dining experience for bar guests: taking orders, understanding dietary restrictions, explaining the menu and dining style
• Entering food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Answering questions about food, beverages, and the restaurant
• Assisting with wine service and corkage when appropriate
• Maintaining and resetting the bar, lounge tables, and service stations (e.g., clearing plates, replenishing silverware, napkins)
