The Bartender will drive retail sales and extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that will be provided to each of our guests. They are responsible for knowing and suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the Bartender can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures.
