Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a bartender for its Kimpton Santo location to deliver high-quality service and create memorable guest experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, stand for long periods, and support a team that values connection, accuracy, and hospitality. This position offers shifts that support a balanced lifestyle and opportunities for growth within the White Lodging portfolio.

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods, with long hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
