This role is responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer who
approaches the bar. Prepares and pours drinks for customers and cocktail servers. Handles all
cash transactions accurately.

Our ideal candidate:

1. Two years previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
2. High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable.
6. Must be 21 years of age.
7. Must be able to work any day, any shift.
8. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
9. Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field.
10. Must have knowledge of current property events, promotions, and attractions.

About the role:

1. Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
2. Prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request.
3. Provides customers with property information on current events, promotions, and attractions.
4. Processes all cash transactions by accepting money, making necessary change accurately, and presenting customers with a bar receipt.
5. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.

A few more things:

1. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled and noisy environment and maneuver through assigned area during entire shift.
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
3. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
4. Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach.
5. Able to use hand motion when preparing and pouring all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers.
6. Able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping bar counter.
7. Able to bend, pull, and carry bar stock to refrigerators and cabinets.
8. Responds to visual and aural cues.
9. Able to complete required paperwork for cash transactions.
10. Able to operate a variety of equipment.
11. Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers.
12. Must present a pleasant and professional appearance that customers will find appealing and easy to approach.

Depending on experience, pay starts at $16 plus tips.
