Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender to join Table Mountain Inn and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the bar is set up with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.
2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, glasses, and cutlery
3. Verify that guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
4. Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences
5. Present bills and handle payments
6. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
7. Monitor guests for overconsumption and take necessary actions
8. Secure beverages, food, equipment, and handle cash deposits
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
• Safe Serving certification required
