Opportunity

The Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa seeks an enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to our guests, assisting the front-of-house team and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a lively, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve beverages: Including cocktails, beer, and wine, following recipes and guest preferences.
2. Maintain the bar area: Keep it clean, stocked, and organized; ensure proper equipment maintenance; monitor responsible alcohol service and guest intoxication levels.
3. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with kitchen and wait staff for efficient service.
4. Handle customer concerns: Address complaints professionally and promptly.
5. Ensure compliance: Follow health, safety, and alcohol service laws and company policies.
