Job summary

Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver courteous service to guests in a smoking environment. You will handle coin banks, prepare orders, keep bar stock, and notify barback when supplies are low.

Responsibilities include accurate money handling, basic math, and maintaining inventory. Requires a High School diploma or GED, Alc. Beverage Operator and LA Alc Compliance Trainer licenses; previous hospitality experience helpful.

Job description

• Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests.
• Responsible for monies in the coin banks.
• Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests.
• Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
• Notifies barback when supplies are low.
• Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Compensation:
