Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a friendly bartender for The Standard, Mexico City, to deliver exceptional service, craft cocktails, beer and wine, and help guests feel welcome in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of bartending or service experience, a guest-first mindset, strong communication, and knowledge of cocktails, with emphasis on safety and sanitation; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of relevant bartending or service experience.
• Familiarity with cocktails, beer, and wine; ability to prepare drinks to spec.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and adherence to safety procedures.
• Refined communication and guest-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide bar service, including cocktails, beer and wine, to guests.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at the bar area.
• Engage with guests to offer recommendations and personalized service.
