A whiskey-focused distillery in Colorado seeks an enthusiastic bartender to mix cocktails, educate guests on whiskey, and ensure high-level guest experiences. This hourly position offers $11.79/hour plus tips averaging $25-35/hour. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Experience in craft cocktails is a plus. Free camping available for van-life/RV'ers.

Qualifications

• Top Notch Customer Service Skills
• Positive and Energetic Work Attitude
• Whiskey Knowledge, driven by food, beverage, service excellence. Certifications a plus.
• Willingness to learn to guide a distillery tour for visitors to the distillery
• Interest or experience with beverage production
• High volume craft cocktail experience is a plus.
• Ability to entertain and provide high-level guest experiences
• Ability to work recurring scheduled shifts and pick up shifts when needed. Minimal time off during the summer.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies
• Maintain bar and premises cleanliness
• POS proficiency (toast)
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• This is an hourly + tipped based position offered at $11.79/hour + tips averaging $25-35/hour.
• Requires 2-4 scheduled shifts per week.
• We have free camping available for van-life/RV'ers.
