Job Purpose

Welcome guests, accurately take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide menu, pricing, and allergen information to guests
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests
• Take and enter orders accurately into POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to specifications
• Replenish stock during shifts
• Verify guest age before serving alcohol
• Follow safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
• Handle payments and close checks properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor guest intoxication and refuse service responsibly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21+ years old
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Experience with POS systems and alcohol service

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work indoors/outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
