Shooter's Billiards and Sports Bar in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an energetic Bartender/Shift Lead to join our team. You will craft cocktails and beverages, lead bar staff, and handle opening/closing duties in a fast-paced, fun environment.

We value team players with at least 2 years behind the bar, strong leadership, and TABC certification (or willingness to obtain). If you enjoy great drinks and live sports action, join us for a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume bar or sports bar setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first attitude.
• TABC certification is required or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Lead and supervise floor and bar staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Open and/or close the bar, including cash handling, drawer reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with TABC regulations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock inventory, and ensure supplies are stocked throughout the shift.
• Support a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere across the billiards and sports bar floor.

• TABC certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, draft beer systems, and POS systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-first attitude
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
