Harrison Meadows Country Club, located in Harrison, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender/Server Restaurant/Banquets! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:

$12.50 - $16.50 per hour

Summary:

The Bartender/Server Restaurant/Banquets is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members, guests, and event attendees throughout Harrison Meadows Country Club. This position may work in the restaurant, bar, banquet operations, golf-related functions, private events, weddings, meetings, and special events.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, professional, dependable, energetic, and committed to creating an elevated member and guest experience. Bartenders and Servers are expected to maintain high standards of service, product knowledge, cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies.

Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar areas, glassware, and equipment.

Ensures that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed.

Provides food and beverage service to guests.

Prepares and serves food as needed.

Monitors the guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.

Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available.

Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.

Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned.

Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.

Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
