We require 1 year of restaurant experience as bartender or server, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work day or night shifts. Location is Saugus, MA, with a traditional full-time or part-time schedule and operating 7 days a week.

Border Cafe in Saugus is looking for a qualified Bartenders/Server to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast past, fully operational, full service restaurant. Border Cafe is a staple of the restaurant scene and has been recognized for multiple awards and recognition for quality in food and service. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications for the ideal candidate would include the following traits but not limited:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour TIPS

• 7-8 hour shift
