Job description

Bartender

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers following standard recipes. Additionally, the Bartender will also maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Description of responsibilities:

  • Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

  • Take meal/drink orders and provide service in a timely and friendly manner

  • Explain daily specials and menu items

  • Maintain assigned tables

  • Follow drink recipes

  • Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar

  • Assist with receipt of deliveries

  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

  • Practice all safety and loss prevention practices

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required experience:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • ABC Server Training

  • Previous experience with order processing systems

  • Previous experience in fine dining preferred
