Job summary

Qualifications

• State-required Responsible Alcohol Service certification and Food Handler certification preferred or required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Bartending duties: prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; maintain bar cleanliness and inventory; process payments via POS and balance the drawer.
• Server duties: greet and seat guests, take and relay orders, deliver food and drinks, maintain table hygiene, and reset tables for new guests.
• General operations: coordinate with kitchen/hosts/management to ensure smooth service, assist with opening/closing, and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
