LDF Campground & Marina seeks a full-time bartender for a seasonal marina bar above a bait and tackle store. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, serving food, handling cash/credit payments, and ensuring a clean, safe service area. Must maintain friendly service and comply with age verification and health regulations.
Responsibilities also involve multi-tasking in a dynamic outdoor environment with variable weather, and ensuring excellent guest experience at all times.
Description
The position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, preparing, and serving beverages, quick hot/cold food items, and processing cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining a clean and organized bar and service area. This position requires a strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, as well as some light food preparation and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This position is based at a seasonal marina bar located above a bait and tackle convenience store, that includes some service done outdoors which is subject to varying weather conditions.
This is a Full-Time position with weekly scheduled hours of 40 hours/week expected. Days and shifts will vary during the hours of operation. Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must attend all mandatory meetings and participate in training.
No travel is expected for this position.
