Responsibilities include serving beverages, using the POS system, maintaining cleanliness, checking IDs, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver timely meals. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender/server in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid TABC certification.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
