Job summary

KMCC Golf Club in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking friendly, dependable bartenders for a flexible part-time schedule.

You will greet golfers, manage the bar area, and serve drinks while providing outstanding customer service; involvement in events and outings is common.

Most hours are during the week with weekend shifts possible; tips are paid on top of hourly wages and there is free golf for staff. This role is well suited for someone looking for a sociable, seasonal balance.

Qualifications

• Bartending or hospitality experience is a plus, but personality, dependability and great customer service are just as important to us.

Responsibilities

• Greet regulars and welcome golfers at the bar.
• Serve drinks and manage the bar area during shifts.

Description

This is a flexible 25–35 hour-per-week position that could be an especially good fit for a parent looking for hours while the kids are in school, a retiree wanting to stay busy, or someone simply looking for a fun part-time job without committing to every night and weekend!

Most hours are available during the week, with the opportunity to pick up weekend shifts if desired. We’re happy to work with the right person to create a schedule that works for both of us.

Our bartenders get to know our regulars, welcome golfers and work everything from a casual afternoon at the bar to golf outings, Friday fish fry and special events. No two days are exactly the same!
