Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza, known as “Chicago’s Greatest Thin Crust Pizza,” is seeking a bartender/server to contribute to a friendly, fast-paced bar and dining area. You will engage guests, prepare and serve drinks, handle payments, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere with teamwork and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least one year of bartender and server experience, and a strong hospitality mindset. Flexibility for varied hours, including some holidays, is important to thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 1 year experience as bartender and server.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly manner.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Handle cashiering, billing, and making correct change.
• Request ID to verify legal drinking age.
• Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine.
• Clean glassware and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
• Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
• Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
• Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned
