Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the bar.
• Maintain proper setup of the bar, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies.
• Maintain stock and freshness of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes, practicing portion control.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Bartender.
• Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent).
• Passion for hospitality and providing memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
