This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel features 360 rooms, 32,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Seasonal (full-time hours, April - September / October)
• Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • The rooftop operates from April through September/October, depending on weather and business needs.
  • Hours are typically from 5 pm to 12 am, but may vary based on events, happy hours, or groups.

Pay Rate: $29.95, based on experience and location.

Union Position: This role is part of the Local Union and requires full availability. Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated, and hours are not guaranteed. Hours vary based on seniority and business needs.

As a Bartender, responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages per recipes and standards
• Serving beverages and checking IDs to serve alcohol legally
• Handling payments accurately via POS system, cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies and perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests
