Join the stylish Conrad hotel located in the heart of urban DC as a Bartender at Summit Rooftop Bar!

This Forbes 4-Star hotel features 360 rooms, 32,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 5 F&B outlets including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Seasonal (full-time hours, April - September/October)
• Shift: Various; must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The rooftop operates from April to September/October, with hours typically from 5 pm to 12 am, subject to variation for events and special occasions.

Pay Rate: $29.95, based on experience and location.

Union Position: Part of the Local Union. Full availability required; schedule may vary weekly based on seniority and business needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and standards.
• Serve beverages and food responsibly, checking IDs and complying with laws.
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit, vouchers.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies and perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
