Job Description: Bartender - Cindy's

We are seeking two part-time SEASONAL bartenders. MUST be available Sundays and Mondays.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions, ensuring a pleasant, energetic, and professional experience.
• Engaging with guests to exceed expectations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, specifications, and service standards.
• Greeting guests promptly, serving beverages and food according to established guidelines, and verifying guest identification.
• Overseeing bar maintenance, cleanliness, and organization, and ensuring health standards are met.
• Coordinating food service with the kitchen and supporting team members.
• Handling cash register operations accurately and performing opening and closing duties.
• Conducting inventory, stocking supplies, and communicating guest needs and feedback to management.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and positive environment and adhering to all service and safety standards.
• Completing daily checklists and maintaining professional appearance and hygiene.
• Physical ability to lift weights as required and stand/walk throughout shifts.
