The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage Team!

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town is known for its laid-back vibe and active lifestyle.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff, with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

Shift:

Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Processing payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and gift certificates
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies and perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed
