Step into San Laurel, a Michelin-recognized dining experience by Chef José Andrés, where vibrant Spanish flavors meet California's bounty. The menu offers a refined take on Spanish cuisine, providing an unforgettable culinary journey.

Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles features over 300 rooms, a spa, a rooftop pool deck, event space, and three dining experiences, including San Laurel. This includes a signature restaurant, outdoor restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining. All in partnership with Chef José Andrés' award-winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.

As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate has two years of bartending experience in a high-end or luxury cocktail bar. Mixologist experience and Forbes training are preferred. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, alcohol service, and cash handling skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, operate POS systems, lift up to 40 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must obtain RBS and Food Handler Cards within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining proper bar setup and stock levels.
2. Preparing garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
3. Greeting guests, promoting drinks, checking IDs, and practicing responsible alcohol service.
4. Inputting orders, handling cash, and balancing transactions.

The hourly rate is $20.50, based on experience and location. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in accordance with applicable laws.
