Description

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up the bar.
  2. Break down the bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
  3. Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
  4. Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
  5. Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
  6. Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
  7. Check and replace glassware where needed.
  8. Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
  9. Clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
  10. Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
  11. Be responsible for the inventory of soda and juices and ensure proper stock rotation.
  12. Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
