Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join Graduate Cincinnati by Holton and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the bar is set up with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.
  2. Ensure that the bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
  3. Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
  4. Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
  5. Present the bar bill and take payment.
  6. Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take necessary steps.
  8. Lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment; deposit cash drops and secure the bank.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Safe Serving certification required
