Job Description

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Part-time Bartender to join Graduate by Hilton Berkeley and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up the bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, mixers, soda, etc.
  2. Ensure the bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
  3. Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
  4. Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
  5. Present bills and process payments.
  6. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Monitor guests for overconsumption and take necessary actions.
  8. Secure and store beverages, food, and equipment; handle cash drops and bank deposits.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Safe Serving certification required.
