Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a personable Bartender at Hotel Paradox in Santa Cruz, CA. You will deliver memorable hospitality, craft beverages with precision, and engage guests from greeting to departure.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of bartender experience, strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and a passion for guest satisfaction within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current mixology trends and standard ingredient recipes.
• Ability to accurately take and confirm orders, including special requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and during bar service.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with descriptive menu selling.
• Take and confirm orders, ensure accuracy and special requests.
• Maintain bar setup and stock, garnish and prepare drinks.
• Input orders at POS and present accurate bills.
• Stock, portion control and storage of beverages and garnishes.
