Position Summary

The Bartender - Premium is responsible for serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to premium seating areas. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Maintaining excellent attendance and being available to work scheduled events is essential.

This role offers an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.20 and is tip-eligible.

This position will remain open until August 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service, interact professionally with co-workers, and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to deliver accurate service.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and legal regulations.
  • Learn about different beer, wine, and spirits to upsell to guests effectively.
  • Pour drinks responsibly, adhering to standard serving sizes.
  • Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  • Communicate cut-off times to guests as required.
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns promptly.
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations professionally.
  • Contact management or security if guests become confrontational or disruptive.
  • Coordinate with management for unresolved issues.
  • Restock and request additional products as needed.
  • Handle cash accurately and manage the issued bank responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well maintained.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and organize the cooler.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months bartending experience.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed with team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Bartending school certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Extensive standing and walking during shifts.
  • Ability to reach, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity for focus adjustment, peripheral, and close vision.
