Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve a wide range of beverages for guests. You will interact warmly with customers, handle drink orders, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure responsible service in compliance with laws.

You’ll also garnish drinks and work with the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have proven bartending experience, extensive mixology knowledge, and be proficient with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drinks recipes and mixology techniques.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
