Topgolf Entertainment Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages. You will interact with guests, take and deliver drink orders, and maintain a clean bar area while ensuring responsible service and compliance with laws.

The role requires knowledge of drink recipes and mixology, excellent communication, cash handling, and teamwork with the bar staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age where employed.
• Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
