The Service Bartender is responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales and service at bar outlets throughout the casino. Ensure consistent quality of products. Prepare and serve beverages with a sense of quality and flair to enhance the guest experience at Live! Casino and Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Set up bars and handle all cash transactions.
• Manage opening and closing inventories of stock.
• Take orders from guests and servers, serving accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Monitor supply levels and assess stocking needs.
• Supervise and observe bar back staff.
• Know guests' limitations and adhere to company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure guests have a positive gaming experience.
• Maintain appearance standards as established.
• Possess knowledge of alcoholic beverages, liquors, wines, beers, and ales; demonstrate expertise to guests.
• Be familiar with all bar equipment, the Easy Bar System, ABC laws, gaming laws, and bar operations.
• Follow sanitation and health department regulations for alcohol handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory bodies.
