Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and interact professionally with co-workers.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to serve beverages accordingly.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all regulations and verifying guest IDs.
• Upsell products and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and assist with setup and breakdown.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and communicate with management as needed.
