Responsibilities include:

• Setting up, mixing drinks, serving, and cleaning the bar area while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards and profit goals.
• Making and serving drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures, and safety controls.
• Engaging courteously and professionally with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Processing guest checks, cash, and credit transactions accurately.
• Completing liquor requisitions and supply orders.
• Knowing and complying with state liquor laws.
• Maintaining established pars levels.
• Performing sidework duties as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
• Minimum 6 months bartending experience
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages

Physical Demands:

• Lifting trays, dish racks, glass racks (20-40 lbs); pushing carts and portable bars (50-100 lbs); bending, kneeling, maneuvering in tight spaces, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform multiple tasks, and communicate effectively in English.
• Attention to detail and tact in handling customer service issues.

Environment:

Physically strenuous, involving prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying during shifts.
