What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Handling payments accurately via the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies and perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed
